Sarku Japan in New Jersey is hiring Crew Members to deliver friendly guest service while supporting restaurant operations in service, prep, and cooking.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare fresh ingredients, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. No prior experience required; willingness to learn and reliable attendance are valued. Growth opportunities and hands-on training are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to SarkuJapan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
