Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will work as part of a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude

• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized

• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
