Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will work as part of a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking to Sarku Japan standards, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Join a team that values growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food prep stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
