Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, cleanliness, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) in a fast-paced setting.

As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare ingredients, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards. Growth and hands-on training opportunities are available in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
