Job summary

SarkuJapan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will work in a fast-paced team environment focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking, upholding food safety, and restocking supplies. Training, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling are offered in a team-focused setting

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to SarkuJapan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
