Hawaiian Bros Inc. is seeking a Lead to provide leadership to crew and leads during shifts, ensuring great quality, service and cleanliness for guests.

You will plan shifts, monitor performance, uphold standards, and coordinate with the next leader to prepare them to run a great shift. Responsibilities include overseeing production and assembly, internal communication, inventory and organization, daily maintenance, safety and training, as well as ensuring food safety and legendary guest service

• Exemplifies legendary guest service for the whole team

Job description

A Lead provides leadership to crew and other leads during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers. Leads perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting Hawaiian Bros standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next leader to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
