Mexican Cuisine Fast Casual Dining Restaurant - Cook Position

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portions.
2. Adhere to strict safety, sanitation, quality, and cleanliness guidelines.
3. Conduct regular visual and taste tests to ensure high-quality food preparation.
4. Restock the front service line with prepared products during peak periods, following time and temperature guidelines.
5. Showcase preparation of certain menu items in the front of the house and sample freshly prepared items during peak hours.
6. Maintain cleanliness by frequently cleaning the kitchen, grill, restrooms, and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
