Qualifications

• Must have college degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess valid driver''s license and be able to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitors service times and trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Trains crew in customer courtesy and SOP adherence.
• Maintains store cleanliness and follows cleaning plan.
• Trains crew using Orientation and Training process and cross-trains for coverage.
• Manages shifts to achieve 80% Q.S.C. level or better.
