Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures.
• Experience supervising team members.
• Ability to interview and orient new crew.

• Assist the unit manager in operating and maintaining the store.
• Work to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
