Wendy’s is seeking a Co-Manager in a high-volume store to lead and develop the crew, ensure smooth shift operations, and drive profitability. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, monitor service times and quality, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the unit manager, you’ll implement the store’s sales and profit plans, manage inventory, and train new assistant managers to ensure operational excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to hire, train and supervise staff.
• Experience maintaining store standards and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Hires, trains and terminates crew to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitors service times and customer courtesy.
• Maintains cleanliness and quality during shifts.
• Reports accidents promptly and adheres to health and safety policies.
