Job summary

Stonebridge Club Tavern & Grill in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant, lounge, and room service operations in line with brand standards. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, financial profitability, and team performance within a busy F&B environment.

You will direct daily service, curate beverage and wine programs, manage schedules, budgets, and training, and collaborate with the General Manager on strategy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and beverage program management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Proficiency in basic computer functions, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including performance evaluations, training, and development.

Responsibilities

• Manages restaurant and beverage outlet operations, ensuring guest service standards and profitability.
• Curates the beverage program and global wine menu.
• Monitors and develops team member performance including supervision and evaluations.
• Collaborates with General Manager and serves on Executive Committee.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Implements marketing initiatives and up-selling to maximize revenue.
• Recruits, interviews, trains, and manages team members.
• Monitors budget and expenditures within approved limits.
• Maintains inventories and records.
• Develops weekly staff schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Addresses guest complaints and ensures high guest satisfaction.
