Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage in Bozeman, MT to oversee all restaurant and bar outlets, align with hotel standards, and manage staff, budgets, and service delivery. The role focuses on profitability and guest satisfaction across F&B operations.

The position requires strong leadership, budget control, and knowledge of food safety regulations, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, training, and staff development experience.
• Expertise in food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service quality and standards.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across outlets.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with departments to plan events and promotions.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for procurement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly.
• Update menus in collaboration with culinary team to meet brand standards.
• Ensure operations meet performance benchmarks.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, bars, and kitchens for cleanliness and efficiency.
