Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead and supervise all restaurant and bar operations at Club Tavern & Grill Bozeman, MT. You will manage staff, control budgets, and drive profitability while upholding hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, F&B expertise, and the ability to develop menus, manage health standards, and collaborate across departments. Willingness to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage management, preferably in hospitality or hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with staff training experience.
• Expertise in food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage and supervise the F&B team, including hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments for events and promotions.
• Maintain vendor relationships for timely procurement of products.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of F&B operations.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve service-related issues.
• Develop menus with the culinary team to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure operations meet performance benchmarks.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, bars, and kitchens.
