Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a hands-on leader to manage daily restaurant and room service operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner, reporting to the Outlets Manager. You will supervise bar operations and ensure top-quality hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years in a related hotel/restaurant setting, strong knowledge of operational policies, and the ability to forecast budgets and manage costs while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Staff supervision/management communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze activities and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and room service operations during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Direct bar operations and ensure high service standards.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed and motivate teams.
