Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to plan, organize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage the people operations in the restaurant to attract, retain and motivate staff; interview, hire, train, develop, coach, conduct reviews.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends, issues and feedback to ensure a quality experience.
• Create, promote, and implement promotions to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
