Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an exceptional Restaurant and Bar Manager for Masa & Agave in Cleveland, OH. You will lead the bar and restaurant teams, curate drink menus, oversee inventory and drive guest satisfaction during busy shifts.

Qualifications

Requires minimum two years of post-high school education.
Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
Hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
Supervision, management and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day restaurant and room service operations across meals.
Lead and motivate the restaurant team, interview, hire, schedule, train and coach staff.
Implement programs and manage restaurant, room service and outlets to ensure quality and safety.
Forecast, monitor and control budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
Address guest feedback to ensure a quality experience and drive repeat business.
Develop promotions and manage upkeep and sanitation of outlets.
