Job summary

The Westin Cleveland is seeking a guest-focused team member to provide outstanding service at our downtown hotel cantina. You will handle orders, use the POS system, and ensure accurate delivery of meals and beverages while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Able to greet guests courteously and upsell menu items.
• Basic knowledge of beverage service and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials.
• Record order details accurately, repeat back for confirmation.
• Input orders into the POS system for kitchen processing.
• Deliver orders to guests with correct condiments and presentation.
• Comply with all state, federal, and corporate policies for serving alcohol.
• Replenish beverages and assist with desserts and specialty coffees.
• Present checks promptly and process payments via POS.
