Formación

• Experience in food and beverage service, including serving and bartending.
• Experience supervising a team is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll and revenue monitoring is beneficial.
• Ability to operate a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and table side stations.
• Oversee staff training and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor food quality and service level.
• Monitor payroll and revenue.
• Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests.
• Cover restaurant and bar positions as needed.
