Job description

We are seeking a Food & Beversertuper to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about leading a team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Job Location: Sarasota, FL 34236

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the staff schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Hire and train restaurant staff.
• Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies.
• Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Periodically evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedule for service.
• Maintain sales records and track cash receipts.
• Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the F&B Director.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
