Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for The Westin Sarasota in Sarasota, FL. The role supports the General Manager in managing the F&B department to promote quality service and guest satisfaction, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.

The candidate will oversee service delivery, supervise and train staff, and work to uphold brand standards while maintaining budgeted goals and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in hotel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably hotel management or equivalent education a plus.
• Experience in hotel/food and beverage management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the General Manager with managing the food and beverage department to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Oversee the overall service delivered to guests.
• Hire and train team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
• Develop a culture of high-quality service through motivation, training and feedback.
• Promote a safe work environment to minimize liability and expense.
• Regularly walk the property to evaluate the hotel’s physical condition and communicate with team members.
• Monitor operation to ensure budgeted goals are achieved.
