Job summary

Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee the full portfolio of F&B outlets, including Banquets, Restaurant, Grab & Go, Room Service and Beverage. This role requires on-the-floor leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and align with hotel operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a restaurant manager in a busy environment, with 3 years banquet experience and supervisory background. Honolulu liquor-card ability and TB clearance are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager experience in a high-volume F&B service environment.
• At least 3 years of banquet experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to obtain Honolulu Liquor Commission Manager Card.
• TB Clearance and compliance with safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule and counsel all team members in Banquet, Restaurant, Room Service and Beverage.
• Ensure overall condition and setup of outlets, storage and liquor rooms.
• Plan, assign and oversee work across four F&B departments.
