Job summary

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel in Hawaii seeks an experienced hospitality leader to manage food and beverage operations across our resort restaurants. You will oversee service standards, budget adherence, menu knowledge, and staff performance to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising payroll, cost control, marketing promotions, and creating SOPs; collaborating with the Assistant Director of F&B; ensuring safety and compliance; and inspiring a high-performing team in a dynamic

Qualifications

Minimum 4 year college degree or 6 years related experience.
Liquor Commission Manager’s Card preferred or to be acquired within 30 days after hire.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that all products served, service levels, conduct and maintenance of the operation meet or exceed the standards of the food and beverage operations.
Responsible for guest satisfaction, scheduling and labor cost.
Greet guests and assist in seating and servicing when needed.
Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel and discipline staff.
Review payroll and manage daily labor cost.
