Qualifications

• Union management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the outlet, ensuring guest service standards, product quality, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality and addressing issues.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Drive revenue with marketing, upselling, and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit and onboard talent to maintain high service standards.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
