Qualifications

• 1-2 years General Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise unit management and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Achieve plan profit levels while maintaining service standards.
• Plan manpower and training for staff development.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and presented safely and correctly.
• Manage inventory, finances, and operating expenses; report financials.
