This non-exempt role requires at least 1 year in restaurant/retail, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
