Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations and lead a diverse team to deliver quality food and friendly customer service. You will drive sales, manage schedules, and uphold company standards across all shifts.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in restaurant or retail, ServeSafe certification, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. 50-hour weeks are common. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management, minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure great food and friendly service.
• Lead and coach team, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
• Manage cash handling and POS operations; uphold safety standards.
• Control labor costs and inventory; ensure compliance with policies.
