Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or equivalent education.
• ServeSafe certification required or preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong customer-focused team.
• Ensure safe, quality food and friendly service; monitor POS and pricing updates.
• Lead scheduling, labor control, inventory, and loss prevention.
