Aspire2B is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Buffalo Wild Wings Concept to lead and train a team, create a positive work environment, and support revenue and bottom line growth. You will drive hospitality, guest satisfaction, and safe, compliant operations during each shift.

The role requires minimum 1+ years of restaurant management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding company standards and certifications. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations to achieve goals for revenue, cost controls, and profitability.
• Conduct table visits and model hospitality skills during each shift.
• Resolve guest complaints and identify solutions.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead, train and develop team members; participate in interviews and recruitment.
• Lead shift meetings and ensure thorough execution of duties.
