Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll ensure the restaurant remains at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of management experience in restaurant settings, strong knowledge of labor laws and food safety, and a passion for training and developing the team. Buffalo Wild Wings is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and develop the team.

Responsibilities
