Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new team members to perform their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prepare shift supervisors for advancement and monitor their progress.
• Ensure high-quality service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Manage cash handling, daily numbers, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and cost controls; adjust orders as needed.
