Job summary

Burger King in Omaha is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor costs, and partner with the General Manager to hit daily goals.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, plus strong guest-service skills and the ability to adapt to shift work including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
