Qualifications
- Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- ServeSafe Certified.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
- Reinforce Border Foods CORE values and ensure safe, quality food and a friendly experience.
- Schedule and deploy the team, monitor performance, and hold staff accountable.
- Drive customer satisfaction through fast, friendly service and proper cash handling.
