Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced Taco Bell franchise environment.

You will build and coach a strong team, ensure top food quality and friendly service, and manage scheduling, training, and customer experiences. This role offers growth opportunities within a family-driven culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
