This non-exempt role requires 50 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for bonus up to $20,000 annually plus benefits, tuition assistance, paid time off, and growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and lead a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Monitor cash handling and safety policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Schedule staff and manage labor to optimize performance.
• Maintain health and safety standards and a welcoming environment.
