Job summary

Seasons Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to coordinate all shift operations and support team members for efficient service. You will help hire, train, and supervise staff while maintaining food safety and budget adherence.

You will lead by example, ensure prompt guest greetings, accurate orders, and strong problem solving during busy periods. Weekend/evening hours required with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a Seasons Pizza or similar restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong English reading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in all restaurant operations during shifts.
• Hire, schedule, train, motivate, and discipline team members.
• Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures.
• Review the management log book daily and cover shifts as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
