Job summary

Seasons Pizza Inc. in Wilmington, DE is looking for an Assistant Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations and support the shift team to resolve issues while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will hire, schedule, train, motivate, and, if needed, terminate team members; direct customer service and manage food/labor budgets, sanitation compliance, and ingredient quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required. Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience: At least two years as Seasons Pizza employee or three years as supervisor/manager.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cognitive: English proficiency.
• Work Schedule: Weekend and evening hours; 40–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing checklist procedures.
• Review the management log book daily.
• Train front of house staff to work stations efficiently and safely.
• Ensure phones are answered promptly and guests welcomed.
• Manage cash handling and assign deliveries; ensure on-time deliveries.
