Job summary

Seasons Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations. You will support the shift, hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff while maintaining safety, quality, and customer service standards.

You will help manage food and labor budgets, oversee sanitation and equipment, and ensure accurate orders. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 2+ years at Seasons Pizza or 3+ years as a supervisor in a restaurant.
• ServSafe certification (on hire or through Seasons Pizza training).
• Able to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing checklist procedures.
• Hire, schedule, train, motivate and terminate team members.
• Direct customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain food and labor budgets, ensure food safety guidelines.
