Job summary

Christiana-Seasons Pizza & Restaurant in Aston, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to coordinate and participate in all restaurant operations. You’ll support the team during shifts, hire, schedule, train, motivate, and sometimes terminate staff while maintaining safe, professional operations.

You will supervise customer service, ensure food safety, manage budgets for food and labor, oversee equipment maintenance, and uphold Seasons Pizza standards for quality and accurate orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred in Hospitality.
• At least two years as a Seasons Pizza employee or three years as a supervisor/manager in a restaurant or food-oriented retail.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Weekend and evening availability; 40-50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing checklist procedures.
• Review the management log book daily.
• Train front of house staff to work their stations efficiently.
• Ensure phones are answered promptly and guests welcomed.
• Maintain food safety guidelines and kitchen procedures.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, training and onboarding new hires.
