Job summary

Seasons Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations and support the Manager on Duty. You will hire, train, schedule, motivate, and terminate team members as needed, while ensuring high-quality food, safe handling, and efficient service.

You will oversee customer service, manage budgets, and maintain cleanliness and equipment, following health regulations and Seasons Pizza standards. Weekend/evening availability required with leadership by example.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a diverse team across front and back of house.
• Experience hiring, scheduling, training, and terminating staff.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and budget supervision.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures completed per checklist.
• Train front-of-house staff to handle stations efficiently and safely.
• Oversee kitchen procedures, sanitation, portion control and rotation.
• Manage customer service quality and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and daily reports are accurate.
