Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred.
• Experience: At least two years in Seasons Pizza or three years as a supervisor/manager in a restaurant or food-oriented retail.
• Cognitive/physical: Ability to read, speak and understand English; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing checklist procedures.
• Oversee staff performance and enforce policies; discipline when needed.
• Train front of house team to work stations efficiently and safely.
• Ensure customer service is prompt and courteous; resolve complaints.
