Burger King in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations. You will mentor a team, ensure top-notch guest service, and uphold cleanliness and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate costs and implement controls.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding for new hires.
• Create and manage schedules; onboard new staff.
• Address employee needs and conduct operational assessments.
