Job summary

Burger King Fridley is hiring a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. You will train new team members, conduct team huddles, monitor service speed, and uphold quality and safety standards while balancing costs and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of supervisory work, and strong communication skills to keep guests and team members engaged.

Responsibilities

• Review sales and scheduling to meet quality, service and cleanliness.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and production planning for smooth operations.
• Create and manage schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
