Burger King in Woodbury, MN is seeking an energetic restaurant supervisor to advance into a leadership role. This hands-on position focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences while guiding a fast-paced team to meet service and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing servant leadership, training new team members, leading team huddles, and balancing guest satisfaction with financial goals.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Leads inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team.
• Ensures team members receive ongoing training and coaching.
• Builds the capability of the shift supervisors and prepares them for their next level.
• Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met.
