Burger King in Rochester, MN is seeking an energetic supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will drive service quality, training, and daily operations while balancing expense controls and service metrics.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards for cleanliness, speed of service, and product quality throughout shifts.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM and team on action plans to improve metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to create product orders and cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
