Burger King in Mankato, MN is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure excellent guest service. You will train staff, manage schedules, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards while helping achieve financial goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
