Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor in Austin, TX. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, coach staff, and ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, cost control, and maintaining HACCP/compliance while achieving financial goals. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees and resolve conflicts.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
