Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put your people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences with service that makes guests want to return.
• Balance high-quality guest experience with achieving financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and train them to perform their jobs.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors with training, observation, feedback, and recognition.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are met consistently.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory for order accuracy and cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and adjust production planning as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; manage on-boarding of new hires.
• Implement action plans addressing staff needs and operational assessments.
