• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and welcoming.
• Maintain product quality and operations standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve guest metrics and business results.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Track staffing levels and on-boarding processes.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
