BURGER KING is seeking an energetic individual for a hands-on role in Spring, TX. The position supports our fast-paced restaurant operations, emphasizing people leadership, service quality, and adherence to standards. Your responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality operations with a focus on training and performance metrics.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
