Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Provide real‑time feedback and reinforce performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and administrative responsibilities.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed consistently.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to identify opportunities and improve results.
